Every number is the garment, in inches — not your body. Chest is the full circumference: the hoodie laid flat, measured across and doubled. Sleeve is measured from the shoulder seam to the cuff. Hoodie — S to 3XL. Allow about an inch either way.

Easiest way: copy a hoodie you already like. Lay it flat, smooth out the wrinkles, and take these three with a tape or a ruler.

  1. Chest — straight across, an inch below the armhole seam, then double it.
  2. Length — from the high point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
  3. Sleeve — from the shoulder seam to the cuff.

Then pick the row closest to those numbers — chest first, it decides the fit. Nothing to copy? Measure around the fullest part of your chest, tape level and not pulled tight, and add room on top: we’d add about 4″ for the fit it is cut for, 2″ if you like it close, 6″ if you like it loose.

Moving between the two fabrics?

Cut roomier than our classic tee — a hoodie S measures 40″ around the chest against 36″ on a classic S, so it goes over a tee without pulling. Take your usual size; go up one if you want it loose over a heavier layer.

Care
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Hang to dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. No bleach, no dry cleaning.

Questions we actually get

Will the print crack or peel?

The design is printed by heat transfer — its own thin layer of ink and adhesive, pressed onto the back of the hoodie for your order. Wash cold and inside out, hang it to dry rather than tumble it, and it holds up. We do not quote a wash count, because the honest answer depends on how you wash it.

Which size should I order?

Lay a hoodie you already like flat, measure straight across the chest and double it, then match that number on the chart — the chart lists the garment, not your body. A hoodie S measures 40″ around the chest against 36″ on our classic tee S, so take your usual size; go up one if you want it loose over a heavier layer.

Is it warm enough for a cold morning on the water?

It is an 8 oz cotton-polyester fleece, brushed soft on the inside — warm on its own on a cool morning, a mid-layer under a jacket when it is properly cold. It is not waterproof or windproof: it is the hoodie you pull on at the ramp, not a shell.
